LCDProc package version 0.11.3

LCDProc package version 0.11.3 is building now and will be available shortly.

It contains the following changes:

Corrected and improved Adafruit RGB Backlight color support
Added Gateway Summary screen (up/down count)
Added Gateway Status screen(s) with status, loss, and delay for all gateways
Fixed CARP status LED for Crystalfontz Packet displays
Added CARP maintenance mode enter/leave function to button menu
Continued code cleanup, removed deprecated driver references
Input validation for server settings

I now have both an Adafruit LCD Backpack and a Crystalfontz 835 display to work with, so I may add more things as I get time to tinker.

Hi,

if you are (as I can see) reworking the Lcdproc packet maybe you can have a look at the gateway logic that is driving the 4 LEDs on some CrystalFontz because even if the gateway is up (in my case) the 4th LED is red ...

I see the problem there, I have a fix ready, I'll include it in my next update sometime this week depending on how much time I have available.
