Problem with a IP

Hello,
I have a tunnel created point to point with version 2.7, connects without problem and all good, but when I try to connect to the server from the other point to the address 192.168.1.250 connects but cuts or gives problems, I gave me to add to the server address 192. 168.1.249 I try from the other end and everything works perfect, there is nothing in between at the other end that has the 192.168.1.250 is more everything goes through the range 192.168.7.0/24 and with the rest of ranges of the 192.168.1.0/24 any ip works without problem.

This is driving me crazy because I can't find any logic in it.
