I have noticed that when I updated pfsense to 2.7.0, it placed 298MB of pkg files in the /var/cache/pkg folder.
Since I am running as a RAM disk, this is consuming a lot of space. Can I delete/purge these files somehow? Thanks
Yes you can clear the package cache using: pkg-static clean -ay
pkg-static clean -ay
