Completely disable DHCPv4 option 15

Hi, it seems like there's no way to disable this option from being sent. For why I want to disable it is not something I feel like debating. It's not a requirement for my use case, and there really should be an option to disable it. If there is, it's not obvious other than having to use a 3rd party DHCP server which I'd like to avoid.
