Cert-MAnager doesnt import internal Certs

When i try to create a user-cert, i can only generate a Internal CA,  but i cannot import one. Not so big problem, but nice to have.

When I interrupt the creation of a cert, even changing to other WebIF-page an empty Cert-field is created without anything in. So no delete nor editing of this entry works.
