nmap package no targets specified problem

I can run the below from my end linux pc and from my helium miner
nmap -p 8080 91.215.148.146
I receive host is up (0.013s latency) from the linux host.

from the helium miner, i get a latency of 15.69ms when executed from the device dashboard speedtest which is using a bridged interface on pfsense.

I want to run the nmap command from different interfaces on the pfsense to test if the bridge is significantly slower than a normal interface.

Doesn't matter what scan type i select, i get
setup_target: failed to determine route to 91.215.148.146
WARNING: No targets were specified, so 0 hosts scanned.

Ping, Traceroute and DNS Lookup all work fine, so there is a route.
