Upgrade from 2.6.0 to 2.7.0 hung
-
Mostly FYI, as I got it working in the end, but I upgraded from 2.6.0 (stable) to 2.7.0. The first phase of the upgrade went OK (via web UI), but after the reboot, the upgrade hung. I checked upgrade logs, and it seemed that things went OK-ish (one error for squid, lots of warnings). The upgrade UI just kept retrying access to the UI every 20 secs to no avail.
I waited a while (20 mins?) in case there was something still running, but while the firewall could ping things externally, nothing on my network could get out. I had downloaded config.xml just in case, so decided to reboot. Everything came up OK after the reboot, including IPSec VTI, etc.
UI and upgrade_log.txt both show everything is up to date.

P.S. I tried to post a link (on Google Drive) to the full upgrade log, but Akismet.com helpfully blocks it as spam. Hmm. Maybe their spam statistics are over-inflated if they consider docs as spam.

@MushyMiddle Did you follow the recommended practice of removing all installed packages and backing up your configuration before executing an upgrade?
