Try upgrading to 2.6 first.
-
@stephenw10 I tried to pass to 2.6 but the server don’t do anything
-
How is it failing?
-
Sorry for the delay, when i tried to update from the web, the interfaz don´t do anything, just show the interfaz . if i do the upgrade from console show the message failed to read the repo data pfsense pfsense-repoc-static invalid signature pfsense, now i am working in a new machine with pfsense 2.5.2 from scratch.

If you're using new hardware I would just install 2.7 clean and restore your config. That will eliminate any upgrade issues.

that will be great but my problem is that the system that is working now with 2.5.2 is phisical and i need to pass from 2.5.2 to 2.7 without destroy everything
-
You can just backup the config and restore it into the clean 2.7 install.
-
You can install the latest version and run the backup with another older version without affecting the base version
-
if i tried to update from consola, i have this messages. is a new installation on a virtual machine to test.

@fealiaga said in I can´t upgrade from 2.5.2 to 2.7.0:

Yes, you can restore a config from 2.5.2 (or any older version) into 2.7.
-
there is any form to upgrade from 2.5.2 to 2.7 manually
-
Upgrade to 2.6 first. Set the repo to 2.5.2. Then run:
pkg-static clean -ay; pkg-static install -fy pkg pfSense-repo pfSense-upgrade
Then set tjhe repo to 2.6 and upgrade to that.

@stephenw10
I tried the way you told me, and it worked without problems, but I need to know how to update from 2.5.2 to 2.7 directly without having to use a new installation -
You have to go through 2.6. Use the instructions above to upgrade to that if you have tried to upgrade to 2.7 and failed.
-
i do the commands
then i tried to upgrade from the web but the web don´t do anything
also i tried from console and nothing
-
You didn't set the repo branch to 2.5.2 first. So it just reinstalled the 2.7 pkgs.
-
@stephenw10 so sorry i am new with this system, how i can set the repo to 2.5.2?
-
