Running release 2.7.0 and encountering this error once a day which leads to rebooting soon after.

    APEI Corrected Memory Error:
     Node: 0
     Device: 1
     Memory Error Type: 2
     Flags: 0x1
     FRU Text: CorrectedErr

I'm not sure how to interpret this. Is it saying the ECC memory found and error and couldn't correct it ? Is the stick of ram going bad , I don't have a spare to swap so can't try that option.
Or is this some other hardware issue ?

It looks like an ECC report, yes. I assume you do have ECC memory?

Does the board have any diagnostics that might tell you which module is throwing the error?

Unfortunately the bios doesn't have the option to do anything with memory except enable/disable ecc. I may try disabling ecc and see if I can then use some non ecc ram I have around that I know is good.
        Thanks
