Suspected radvd not restarting automatically when prefix delegation is changed

I recently ran into a situation where a LAN interface tracking the WAN had its delegated prefix changed. However I think the radvd was not restarted automatically with the new prefix, so LAN clients kept getting the old (wrong) prefix. I had to manually release/renew on the WAN, then clients get the right prefix
