Seeing how pfSense is moving to KEA for dhcp and deprecating ISC, does this mean that we can now run a DHCP Server and Relay at the same time?

      Firewall: NetGate,Palo Alto-VM,Juniper SRX
      Routing: Juniper, Arista, Cisco
      Switching: Juniper, Arista, Cisco
      Wireless: Unifi, Aruba IAP
      JNCIP,CCNP Enterprise

For v4, yes, for v6, maybe not. It's still something we're looking at:

We're not quite sure what the future of relaying will be, unfortunately, because Kea does not yet support relay and it's not clear if it will, but the ISC daemon is EOL.

We're keeping our options open there yet and watching how it develops.

If all else fails we may be able to leverage relay support in dnsmasq but I'm not sure we want to go there either. ISC will still be around for several versions at this point so it's not an immediate worry.

@jimp Based on notes in the ticket is it expected to arrive for 23.09?

That's the plan, but as stated there it is working for IPv4 and not IPv6, so it may not be 100% in 23.09. Keep an eye on the Redmine to know for sure.
