      On the dash I'm seeing this under version "The system is on a later version than official release."
      I also cant seem to see my installed packages either.

      I hadn't logged in for a bit and saw I'm on
      23.05.1-RELEASE (amd64)
      built on Wed Jun 28 03:57:27 UTC 2023
      FreeBSD 14.0-CURRENT

      Does pfsense auto-update?

      How would I go about correcting this?

        @SpitefulMonkey

        More info is needed.

        If I would set this :

        55399d61-8fec-49f8-a73f-1a47afb78493-image.png

        then my 23.05.1 would be more recent that what is set "23.01" and I would see probably that (your) message.
        So, in that case : easy solution. Check also the other "Update settings" menu.

        Edit : and where are the logs ??
