Slow loading update page/package manager

I've had an issue ever since the last update 23.05.1. It seems to frequently have a hard time determining on the home page if there is an update avail. Also when going to the update page or package manager, it has extremely slow response times.....like several minutes. My internet is fine, everything is fast around 2300/2300 (thank you at&t). Im not sure what could be causing this. Sometimes even the update page fails when trying to view it after much waiting.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Try running at the command line: pkg -d update

Check any errors.

If there are errors try: pkg -d4 update

If completes quickly without errors it implies you have an IPv6 connectivity issue. You can set pfSense to prefer v4 In Sys > Adv > Networking if necessary.
