Hi, I have a 2100 that I am going to do multi -wan with.
I am clear on how to set up 1 lan as an OPT port. Now I am in the process of following the multi-wan article.

I am trying to do this prior to plugging into any WAN upstream.
Both my WAN are DHCP and I notice that I have no actual gateways listed in order to create my gateway groups.

Am I required to plug into both upstream networks prior to going through this setup? I don't really see another way unless I switch to static, which I'd like to avoid.

Thank you very much anyone who take the time to answer. Much appreciated

Yes, since the gateway is configured by DHCP, you need to connect to the server to get it.

But for sure you can state the interface IPs and gateways static for the time being, configure the gateway group and rules and switch the interfaces back to DHCP after connecting.
