You can probably find one but there really shouldn't be. The Plus AMI is available.

@stephenw10 Thanks, but the plus is the commercial, paid version, no?
Can I install it on AWS and then somehow use/convert it to be the community edition?

No only pfSense Plus is available in AWS.
