MIB for Netgate GX-1541

Hi team,

I'm looking for MIB for GX-1541 pfsense firewall to monitor the hardware via snmp but I can't find any link to download the MIB.
I want to monitor below:

1. CPU Usage
2. Memory Usage
3. Temperature
4. Fan Status

I would be grateful if you can provide me the OID of those item so I can monitor via SNMP. Thanks in advance.

The fan status probably isn't available since pfSense doesn't see that.
