As exit node, failed to access internet from time to time

I've been running the latest Tailscale package for a while. I set it as an exit node so it acts like an vpn server. Usually my other tailscale devices do not have problem accessing internet using my pfSense as an exit node; but from time to time, it lost internet access, while Tailscale status on pfSense is still online. The only way to solve it is to restart Tailscale on pfSense and the internet access will come back.
Is it a normal bug of this Tailscale version, or I've done something wrong?
