    Hi, I'm new to the forum and would like some help from you.
    I am coming across the configuration of a new pfsense and I need to assign a single host of mine to use a specific WAN, I currently have two configured in failover, I have set a static route by assigning my second WAN but the host is not he wants to know how to navigate.
    What could be the problem?

      @Simon-3
      You're talking about a host behind pfSense, which should go out on a specific WAN?
      So you would need a Policy Routing rule to achieve this.

      Consider that a policy routing rule forces any matching traffic to the stated gateway. Hence such rule doesn't pass traffic to a local address. So if you need to access local destinations from the concerned host as well, you need to add an additional rule to allowing this without a gateway stated.
