pfSense+ showing as upgrade option on CE

About a year ago I requested a Home/Lab license for my home router and I used it until the recent change to remove the free license for this purpose. I backed up my config and did a fresh install of CE2.70 and restored the config. When the 2.71 update was released over the weekend I went to do the update. In the update list was CE2.71 and 23.05. The upgrade to 2.71 didn't go well for me (not the point of this message) so I had to do a fresh install of 2.71 and applied my config.
Today when I connect to my firewall, I am seeing that version 23.09 is available for me to upgrade.
Is there a setting in my config file that I am not seeing that is still adding the free license back into the software? I don't want to be offside with my license.

If your NDI is eligible for upgrade it will show as available. It's nothing set in your config locally.
If you really want to I can remove that if you send me your NDI in chat.

We had another, similar thread about this topic.
With the uncertainty around the old lab version, I really would have the Sysem Information Widget not showing an upgrade to plus on a CE as available. It should only show upgrades to newer CE versions in the widget. -
