      Good evening everyone,

I think I've bricked my netgate device (SG4100).
I have run out of memory and the device was not responding and froze up and I tried resetting my device like the instructions indicate.
But the lights did not turn color and it seems that the boot is stuck in the same loop.

Hmm, that's not an error state I've seen before.

Can you show the output from initial power up?

          Sorry for the late response.
Yeah I didnt published the complete output because Im not sure if I'm Doxxing any PI.

Opened a support ticket with Netgate and they just send me a new image link and useful links. (Props to them for responding that quick)
So it seems that the drive is fried and unresponsive.
When following the easy instructions Im unable to select a drive to install the new Pfsense +
So I decided to dissect the little monster and I forgot that it has a extra M2 slot open, seeing that the other one cant be replaced because it soldered to board.

Any idea what format this M2 drive is because its looks very small not exactly the same as in one of my laptops. ?!?!?!

It's m.2 NVMe. It specifically requires a drive that has a 'B' keying notch to match the slot. Most NVMe drives are M keyed only so you need to get one that is B and M keyed.

I have been using WD SN520, no problems to report.

dead on arrival, nowhere to be found.
