      Hello,

I just got in my new 6100 and put it into place. I am able to access the internet with no issues. But the WAN DHCP is showing offline?

Can anyone tell me why that would be? I have not made any changes to the defaults going through the setup wizard.

pfSense just uses ICMP requests (pings) to monitor the gateway status. If the gateway doesn't respond it is shown up as offline.
Some ISPs block ping to their gateways.

You can specify any other IP in the internet, which you know that it is responding to ICMP requests. System > Routing > Gateways > edit
