HA Firewall rules keep disappearing

I have two 4100 setup. The ONLY firewall rules that keep disappearing are the HA Rules on the backup firewall. I will login to the primary firewall, see the HA Sync error - concerning communicating with the backup device, I will login to the second/backup firewall...and the firewall rules for HA are gone. I put in the rules...and the syncing occurs again. In about 10 or 20 mins...the rules disappear again on the backup or secondardy firewall.
Any clue as to why?

@paulhds Where are you putting this rule? For instance when rules sync it would overwrite rules on router2. Try creating the rule on router1 and letting it sync over.

@SteveITS And that is what is strange...the rules on the primary firewall are there...and for that matter ALL the rules for all the interfaces are there and not overwritten or deleted...just the HA ones. And I don't change any of the rules on the prmary as it relates to HA.
