DHCP Lease Utilization Doubt?(Resolve)

Hello, I'm working with Pfsense 2.7.2CE, I notice this "Status->DHCP Leases".

My DHCP server can serve 100 IPs but the report say 101, this is normal?

Very normal.
Between 100 and 200 there are 99 numbers.
Add 100 and 200, and that will give you 101

.100 is part of the pool, and it's actually assigned right now.
.200 is also part of the pool.
