I believe I'm having a subdomain problem with my IPsec connection, let me first explain how my network is set up.

      Site A: 192.168.2.0
      Site B: 192.168.0.0

So far so good, I closed phase 1 with IPv6 and phase 2 with an IPv4 tunnel, it connected normally, I can access the firewall, access Mstsc, and ping.
The problem I'm having is accessing subdomains, let me try to explain. I have a TrueNAS at IP 192.168.0.162 and I can't access the webgui or even files, I can only ping. But this doesn't only apply to TrueNAS, when I try to access an Apache server the same thing happens, if I put the direct IP like 192.168.0.20 it opens the main page, but if I open 192.168.0.20/test.html it doesn't work.
Just a detail, I'm trying to connect from site A to site B, if I'm on the LAN of site B everything works, TrueNAS interface, 192.168.0.20/test.html.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

That's nothing that could be effected by pfSense or the VPN. It might rather be that the destination server is blocking access from outside of the local subnet.
