I was trying to install OpenVPN package. I ran into an error that said Pfsense needed to be updated. So I updated to 2.7. The vault never came back up. I hard powered it down and then back up. On its way up it does a boot loop. I have tried to reseat the RAM and Hard Drive and also shorting the CMOS pins.

The results of the boot loop:

      BIOS drive C: is disk0

      Cant find /boot/zfsloader

      Cant find /boot/loader

      Cant find /boot/kernel/kernel

      FreeBSD/x86 boot

      Default: zfs:pfsense/ROOT/default:/boot/kernel/kernel

It can't find anything to boot on the drive. But it is still loading the boot loader which is on the disk so it's probably not drive failure.

I would just reinstall 2.7.2 clean and restore your config into it, assuming you have a backup.
