2.7.1 Proxy stteings not working properly

Hi all,

I am scurrently setting up a pfsense as an loadbalancer through HA proxy
however after installation I encounter an issue

Using curl works but not fetch
I am getting an error 407

it is a prerequisite to be able to upgrade the pfsense and install package

Here is an extract of the result of the "pkg-static -d update" command
