DHCPv6 unable to add NTP option entry as host name - is this a bug?

In DHCPv6 ISC server under the Other DHCPv6 Options there are 4 NTP fields, when hovering mouse over the field it says to enter IPv6 address or a host name. Entering a host name results in an error asking for a valid IP address.
Can this be reported as a bug?
