Dead in the water.

I'm dead in the water. I've been on my old back up router for the past 3 days. Submitted 3 TAC-Light Support requests to get the firmware to recover my sg-1100. I only received the automated response with the ticket number. Is the NetGate staff overloaded or gone for the Holidays? I feel like I'm being held hostage. :(

@dkhill I’ve never experienced that process take more than 20 min, so that sounds really strange - perhaps a spam filter capturing all the recovery image mails (they are machine generated)?

With @keyser on this, they are always johnny on the spot when asking for firmware. Normally its a few minutes, I think one time when it had just dropped a bit before I put in the ticket it took 20, 30 min.. But days - no you not seeing the response maybe, spam filter?

@stephenw10 Yes I did. I didn't have the specific email added to my allow list in Box Trapper. Found the emails and was able to download the .IMG and Checksum files. The checksum verified my download.
I'm good to go!

@dkhill so out of curiosity how fast did it actually come in once you figured it out.. I would bet like less than 5 minutes.

OMG!! Just checked the date stamps! That came through about 5 minutes after I submitted the original request. Now the stupidity and blunder rests upon me. I will have to add +.@netgate.com to my whitelist.
