Cannot update from 2.5 to 2.7 (maybe due to package unzoo)

Please let me know where I'm doing wrong in updating pfSense 2.5 to 2.7. Below are the steps I followed. Thank you in advance.
1.) GUI update was stuck with the message 'Please wait while the update system initializes'. GUI update was done after removing packages and restarting pfsense
2.) I ran this in the Shell: "pfSense-upgrade -4" and the results are:

#failed to update the repository settings!!!
#failed to update the repository settings!!!3.) I ran this in the Shell: "pkg-static update -f" and the results are:
