PFsense incorrect version displayed/upgrade not possible

So we have a PFsense in a HA pair. One of them is fine running 2.7.2. It shows that version on the console, on the web page etc.
We have issues however with our other PFsense in the pair. The console shows 2.7.0, the homepage shows 2.7.0 with a 2.7.2 package available. If we navigate to System > Update, it shows 'Current Base System = 2.7.2'.
Something has gone wrong somewhere here, I'm curious if there is a file or something we can update to bring the web UI in line with what the others state... ?

The HA part isn't really relevant to the problem, most likely some of the base packages didn't get updated properly. There are several threads already in this category covering the same problem.

@jimp This is now resolved, an upgrade direct from console did the trick :)
