Darkstat fails to start

I have Darkstat installed but when I try to start the service it fails and reloads other services/packages.

It also will not allow me to remove darkstat from the installed packages and I have no entries I can find in the log file associated with darkstat.

Sorry I don't have more information but this is all I could come up with! Appreciate everyones time!
