Cant Login webGUI after Restart

Good day and happy new year all...
I am facing the following issue.
After restarting (power off/on) the firewall Hardware I can not login to the pfSense webGUI anymore.- Username or Password incorrect
Any idea how I can get access or do I need to buy new Hardware and do fresh pfSense setup?

Can you still ssh into your pfsense? -
You shouldn't need new hardware.
You can reset the password from the console menu if required.

Did so and now working again.
