      Hi,

      I seem to now be getting the following error with regard to backing up for some reason but no idea why as it all used to work!

      An error occurred while uploading the encrypted pfSense configuration to https://acb.netgate.com/save ( Unable to resolve acb.netgate.com ) @ 2024-01-06 02:17:04

      Can someone point me in the right direction on these notifications as to what they mean and how to resolve them!

      Thanks
      Steve

        It's showing a DNS failure. Try entering acb.netgate.com in Diag > DNS Lookup and see if it resolves against all the configured servers.

        What pfSense version are you running?

        Steve

              Hmm, does it fail every time or intermittently?

              It doesn't seem to be a backend issue, ACB is working fine for me.

                @stephenw10

                I thought it had been working fine but I only noticed in the last few days that it had been failing recently but not sure when it started.

                  If you manually make a backup does it fail every time though?

                    @stephenw10 Tried backing up manually and it says "Backup Queued Successfully"

                        Hmm, so maybe a temporary DNS issue?

                          @stephenw10 Possibly, I'll monitor it when it tries an automatic backup at 2am tomorrow and see what happens!
