      I have a whitebox appliance that has TAC LITE support until mid this year. When I check Netgate Services And Support in the dashboard is says community support only. When I check registration, it says the device is already registered.

      I have an identical whitebox appliance that shows TAC LITE support level and the associated expiry date.

      Can someone from netgate look into this.
