      I found a link on the web that says https://packages.pfsense.org is the official location, I do not know if this is true but down for me or everyone shows it being down. Can anyone on the forum confirm this. Stopped working a few days ago when I needed a package and still is not working today.

      Thank you for any help on this matter.

        @rossh2os It’s a SRV record: https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/troubleshooting/upgrades.html#packages-netgate-com-has-no-a-aaaa-record

        Try
        https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/troubleshooting/upgrades.html#upgrade-not-offered-library-errors
        https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/releases/2-7-1.html#troubleshooting

        Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
        When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.
