For my platform multicloud I have needed of a version in format qcow2 of Psense fw, where i can download ?

Many years ago we used to build and publish qcow2 images but not any longer.

Can you tell me what is the best procedure for converting an iso image into a qcow2 format?

Bring up an empty vm and install into it from the ISO image?

No, exactly I work on the Huawei cloud and the platform uses only qcow2 formats for multicloud installations, basically I have to install a Pfsense version but since it is distributed only in iso format, I am obliged to convert it to qcow2

But you can install it in some other hypervisor and export the result as qcow2.
