Upgrade 1100 to 21.02 lost DHCP
-
Hi,
My SG-1100 was working on 2.4, I thought I upgrade to the latest. After upgrade, there was no DHCP and I could not login. I tried to pin reset, still no joy. I can login to console, but nothing seems to be running. The console boot log as follows. Can I still recover?

If it's that old it probably can't get current anyway:
https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/troubleshooting/upgrades-1100-2100.html
I would reinstall (it's a free ticket to get the file) and restore from backup.Though "Bad device mmc 0" doesn't sound good. eMMC has a lifetime but you probably can't install the utility to check that in this state:
https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/troubleshooting/disk-lifetime.html -
** Bad device mmc 0 **
is a normal message from uboot on the 1100. It's because the uSD card slot is not populated. -
