I've read "shalla list off" and "PfSense 2.3 – SquidGuard Blacklists download" and there was some success with using ht UT1 blacklist, but so far I'm not having success.

      The download begins:

      2024-01-28 20-56-22-f007008.png

      and stops here:

have successfully enable and updated UT1 DNSBL:

What may be keeping SquidGuard from downloading this file, It worked here "SquidGuard UT1 blacklist support". So what has changed since then if any?

Cab you fetch it at the CLI:

        [24.03-DEVELOPMENT][admin@apu.stevew.lan]/root: fetch http://dsi.ut-capitole.fr/blacklists/download/blacklists_for_pfsense_reducted.tar.gz
        blacklists_for_pfsense_reducted.tar.gz 16 MB 8105 kBps 02s

Nice, any suggestions you may have that I could investigate as to why I'm unable? My network configuration is based on "pfSense baseline guide with VPN, Guest and VLAN support" and I may need some ports open.

Not really. I just added that URL to the config Squidguard and run the update. It takes a while to do anything.

You might check the Squid/squidguard logs after trying to update. There should be an error there if it failed.
