Traffic Graphics crossing lines

Hi!
After moving the server from a physical computer to a Hyper-V VM, I've noticed that the Traffic Graphics are getting crossed sometimes (like in the image attached).
Could you guys, please, let me know if this is normal?

I am using Opera browser, in a Windows 10 Pro x64, by the way.

Almost always because the system clock changed so the data becomes invalid.
