    Why the long shipping time?

      Hello,
      A little over a year ago I ordered a Netgear product, and had it in my hands in under 2 weeks.

      I recommended Netgate to a business for which I do IT consulting, and after 14 days, it hasn't even shipped out. I need to have it setup and implemented (programmed, ready to go) by February 29th, so that they have VPN access by March 1st, when they leave for vacation.

      Any idea what is the hold-up?

            Yes, after you mentioned it, I did call them. It turns out the culprit was the 4200 was a Pre-order, which I didn't realize when I ordered. The job site for which I am installing this wanted the box installed and implemented by February 24th. Darn! The owners of the company will be on vacation for the whole month of March.

            Apologies for the late response. I rarely break out my old Craptop PC - I stick to my tablet 99% of the time. Apparently, your forum software doesn't accommodate 11" screens very well. I can create new posts just fine, but if I try to reply to an existing post, all of the form controls are rendered off my screen, including the form submit button. Basically, the text box takes up the whole screen...

              @aaronouthier hmm I use my phone all the time. There’s a > in the blue bar when composing.

              Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
              When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.

                Hmm, perhaps that specific screen resolution tries to use the desktop format.
