      I just found that the VPN/IPSec/Advanced Settings/Auto-exclude LAN address" checkbox had somehow become set and I'm quite sure I didn't toggle it. This VPN setup for just my own iPhone dates from 2018 and I hadn't changed it at all; just pfSense updates and one save/reinstall/restore pass. Seems like there's a bug somewhere that's turning it on.
