I've got two netgate 6100 in HA mode with two of the networks using them for DHCP. One of the networks is working fine and the state in the DHCP status is Normal for My State and Peer State.

The other network is showing My State as Recover and Peer State as Unknown-State for the Secondary. Right now it appears that the secondary firewall is handing out DHCP addresses.

On the VIP the skew is set to 0 on the Primary and 254 on the secondary.

I've rebooted both firewalls, restarted the DHCP service numerous times and I've checked the failover Peer information.

What else is there to check?

      Thank you

@chiefsfan Did you find this page?
        https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/troubleshooting/ha-dhcp-failover.html

To upgrade, select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings. When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to reboot, or more depending on packages, CPU, and/or disk speed.
Only install packages for your version of pfSense.
