I purchased new Netgate 4200 around this early January for my Georgia branch office since 4100 had some minor issue, and finally received the new Netgate 4200 late February, So I brought it to my Georgia branch office and replaced it with existing 4100 in the office a week ago.
I successfully restored all configurations by using most recent 4100 backup file (initially got confused for new 4200's port arrangements, but eventually worked it out), and I found most of functions were restored and working fine but this firmware upgrade option when I returned to my to my HQ office in NC.

New Netgate 4200 (23.09.1-RELEASE amd64, AMI BIOS version 8.01) in GA office is working fine now, so currently it should be not a big deal now, but I wonder if Netgate 4200 is originally not offering its firmware upgrade option , or I might do something wrong when I restored it from old Netgate 4100.

Can anyone kindly confirm this for me?

That's expected on the 4200 with the current Netgate Firmware Upgrade package. It doesn't, yet, know how to update the BIOS on the 4200.

@stephenw10 Ok, now I understood and can put this pin on it for later improvement.
Thank you very much for your kind help!
