Captive Portal Without any authentication?

any knows if its possible works with a Captive Portal but withou any type of authentication?

can be possible with any other solution?

Given that the options on the page when you setup the captive portal are a) No authentication b) local user manager and c) RADIUS authentication I would answer yes.
Loading it up on a test machine and playing with it may help determine if it is going to suit your needs.
