      We currently have a Netgate SG-4860 model running at one of our remote sites. Running all sorts of role like pfblocker, OSPF, captive portal, DHCP, ipsec tunnel back to the main site etc. Configured 3 interface for WAN, LAN and Guest (OPT1)

      Got these new Netgate 2100 MAX models to rplace the SG-4860 and I did restore the backup configuration from the Netgate SG-4860 model, however I can't seem to see the interface configured for Guest when the configuration is loaded. I believe there I should assign the interface first however I see only the following:
      WAN (wan) -> mvneta0
      LAN (lan) -> mvneta1

      Any documentation on this model and how to get it working to accept the backup configuration.?

        @usaiat Short answer: Netgate TAC will convert the config file for you for free.

        Longer answer:
        The 2100 has two ports because the 4 LAN ports are a switch. You can isolate ports using a procedure but as mentioned Netgate will do it for you.

        mvneta1 is the LAN switch yes.

        Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
        When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.
