      No issues under 23.09.1 - Static IP on WAN
      Upgraded from 23.09.1 to 24.03.
      First mistake, not reading release notes.

      Post upgrade to 24.03 I have IPSec issues.

      No Mobile Clients can connect.
      No IPSec tunnels will connect if remote host ID is dynamic DNS. (6 tunnels affected)
      Static IP to Watchguard Static IP connects fine.

      Changed Firewall state from Interface Bound States to Floating States (read in another thread) and that didn't make a difference.

      What am I missing here?

      Side note on an 1100 upgraded to 24.03 (from 23.09.1):
      Dynamic DNS to Watchguard Static IP (same as above) connects fine.
      Dynamic DNS to Netgear Static IP connects fine.
      Dynamic DNS to Static IP 3100 (above) won't connect.
