Upgrade to 24.03: No WebGUI, lost all IP settings and no console menu via serial ?

This 'upgrade' has got to be the biggest joke of the century.
I have no more IP settings, no WebGUI, and not even the console menu when logging in via serial. # pfSense-upgrade says everything is fine...
How can I either rollback to previous 23 or fix this disaster ?

@burgerking31337 As you have serial access, you may be able to select the previous boot environment from there.

If you're running ZFS you can roll back the BE, yes. But that also means it upgraded and verified the boot or it would have rolled back automatically.
So if the upgrade was successful that implies some other failure in the new version. It failed to pull an IP address?
