    23.01 Upgrade Issue

      Hi All,

      I have a Netgate appliance running 23.01 that seems to have become unregistered. I think this is the reason I cannot upgrade 23.01 to latest.

      The error is as follows:

      [23.01-RELEASE][admin@pfSense.home.arpa]/usr/local/etc/pkg/repos: pfSense-repoc-static
      Messages:
      Your device has not been registered for pfSense+. Please purchase a pfSense+ subscription to receive future updates. <a href="https://shop.netgate.com/products/pfsense-software-subscription" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Netgate store</a>

      What are my options?

      Device is an XG-1537

        That would be odd that netgate appliance shows that.. Should be able to open a ticket with tac, give them your NDI and serial number etc..

        Or maybe if @stephenw10 is available he would check on it.

          Hmm, yes that should not need to be registered and should always return as eligible.

          Send me the NDI and serial in chat and I can check it. Or open a TAC ticket: https://www.netgate.com/tac-support-request
