I have problem with Quality RRD graph - after WAN IP change (new static IP) and new failover configuration (3 WANs) my Quality graph is showing only -100.0 and is red (I have no problems with WAN). Other interfaces (OPT1 and OPT2) are just fine with quality graph…

What can be the cause for this problem?

Try deleting the quality rrd files from /var/db/rrd and then go to RRD-graphs -> Settings in the WebGUI and hit save.

Problem was in gateway that do not accept ping.

          <use_rrd_gateway>xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx</use_rrd_gateway>
