Requesting help setting up Bind9 on SG1100

Trying to set up Bind9 so that DNS requests for one specific domain name are sent to another domain name (CNAME) while all other requests are forwarded to a separate internal DNS server. I have followed what examples I can find, but it is not working. It appears like the configuration is not even present. Any assistance would be appreciated.
